RESFEST Digital Film Festival

Have you ever heard of RESFEST? It ran from 1996–2006 and by the 2000s it was the most prominent digital film festival in North America. Here is a little about the history of this awesome festival:

RESFest was a leading global showcase of new digital filmmakers alongside England's Onedotzero festival. Although the festival hasn't ran for a number of years, we hope to see them return soon!

RESFEST isn't the only festival that has stopped running. Portable, Miami Latin Festival, Marfa, Made-In-Michigan, Latin American Film Festival, John Paul II, It Came From Lake Michigan, HBO Comedy Festival, Hazel Wolf, Filmstock, DocMiami, Daytona Beach Festival, Dark Carnival, CineVegas, Cardiff, Black Earth Film Festival, Big MINI, Angelus, Amelia Island, Optronica, Temecula, Big River, and Muskegon have all ended their festivals.
