If you’re based in Canada and you want to stream the Divergent movies for free (yes, 100% free), you can do that completely legally at the moment (September 2025), here’s how:
At the moment, you can stream the Divergent movies for free via STARZ, a service you can use for free via Prime Video with a free trial (even if you don’t already have Prime Video). It’s super easy to start and cancel this free trial, and as long as you remember to cancel the STARZ free trial after you’ve watched the movies and before the 7 days are over, you won’t be charged anything at all. There’s no catch – this is just a great way to stream these movies for free in crystal-clear quality without any annoying pop-up ads or sketchy websites!
All you have to do is:
- head to the page for the Divergent movies on Prime Video
- start the 7 day free trial for STARZ (there’s a button to do that on the page for the first movie)
- watch the movies within the 7 day period
- cancel the STARZ free trial before the 7 days are up (which is very easy to do within your Account settings)
- and that’s it – you just watched the Divergent movies online in excellent quality for free without paying anything!
It’s really easy to cancel the STARZ free trial and as long as you remember to do it after you’ve watched the movies, you won’t pay anything, as explained on the Prime Video page for Divergent.
Don’t have Prime Video? No problem!
Even if you don’t already have a Prime Video account, that’s no problem either – you can still start the STARZ free trial as long as you have an Amazon account:
As long as you remember to cancel the free trial before the 7 days are over, you won’t pay anything! You can learn more on the Divergent Prime Video page here.
