If you’re looking to watch The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2 online for free in Ultra HD quality, there’s an excellent legal method you can use right now (April 2025):
At the moment, you can stream both The Amazing Spider-Man movies for free via STARZ, a service you can use for free via Prime Video with a free trial (even if you don’t already have Prime Video). It’s super easy to start and cancel this free trial, and as long as you remember to cancel the STARZ free trial after you’ve watched the movies and before the 7 days are over, you won’t be charged anything at all. There’s no catch – this is just a great way to stream these movies for free in crystal-clear quality without any annoying pop-up ads or sketchy websites!
All you need to do is:
- head to the page for The Amazing Spider-Man on Prime Video
- start the 7 day free trial for STARZ (there’s a button to do that on the page as shown in the image above)
- watch both of the movies within the 7 day period
- cancel the STARZ free trial before the 7 days are up (which is very easy to do within your Account settings)
- and that’s it – you just watched both of the The Amazing Spider-Man movies online in excellent quality for free without paying anything!
As long as you cancel the STARZ free trial before the 7 days are up, no payments will be taken, as explained on the Prime Video The Amazing Spider-Man page here.
Don’t have Prime Video? No problem!
You can do this very easily if you already have Prime Video, but even if you don’t already have a Prime Video account, it’s no problem. You can start the free trial for Prime Video at the same time. You’ll see the option to start both trials when you click the ‘Start your 7-day free trial’ button for the STARZ free trial on the page for The Amazing Spider-Man (like the image below shows):
As long as you remember to cancel the services before the free trials end, you won’t pay anything! You can learn more on the The Amazing Spider-Man Prime Video page here.
