The incredible true story of American hero Louis Zamperini. During WWII Olympic runner Zamperini was involved in a plane crash into the Pacific ocean, after nearly 50 days in a raft with two crewmen he was captured by the Japanese navy and sent to a prisoner-of-war camp. Inside the camp, things are especially tough for Louis due to his status but he remains strong. A truly uplifting and inspiring film directed by Angelia Jolie.
