Avatar: The Last Airbender is an awesome tv show which spawned a pretty bad film (I don’t hate you Shayamylan, I just hate your Avatar movie). If you want to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender online free then here are a few options (we checked these as recently as June 2019):

Just cancel before the trial ends and you won’t pay anything. The good thing about using NickHits through Amazon Video to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender is that it is very easy to cancel, so give it a shot!

Still not sure how to do this?

If you’re still not totally sure how to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender for free using this method, allow me to walk you through the entire process (just because I’m so nice like that):

  • Once again, you’ll have to hit the big yellow button (Amazon love big yellow buttons)
  • Finally, there will be one more page where you’ll have to confirm your details, and then after that you’re ready to stream Avatar: The Last Airbender for free!
  • Remember to cancel the trials and you’ll not pay anything. And that is how you legally stream the Avatar: The Last Airbender series!

How to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender for free in the UK?

It’s even better news if you’re based in the UK and you want to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender online without paying – you can watch the series for free for 30 whole days using a free trial of Amazon Prime Video. Just cancel before the 30 days is up and you won’t pay anything.

Pro tip – if you’re based in the USA and you want to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender for longer than the 7 days the NickHITS trial allows, then you can watch it for free by using the Amazon Prime Video UK 30 day free trial, but you’ll have to get a little creative:

  1. First, get yourself a free VPN. Head to ExpressVPN, and get 30 days free. You can cancel before the 30 days is up and get your money back.
  2. Next, head to the ATLA page over on Amazon Prime Video UK and start the 30 day free trial there. You’ll need to make sure that your location is set to UK with ExpressVPN for this to work.
  3. Start the trial, start watching Avatar: The Last Airbender (as much as you want for 30 days), then just cancel the trials before the 30 days is over and you won’t get charged! (I’d always recommend you keep the VPN because it’s so cheap and opens up so many options for streaming, but if you don’t want to then it’s up you)

Is there anywhere else you can watch Avatar: The Last Airbender online (free or paid)?

If you’re somebody scouring the internet to find the answer, you’re probably not the only one. This popular series first aired in 2005 on Nickelodeon – and despite being classified as a ‘kids show’, the carefully developed plot has since told a captivating story to viewers of all sorts of ages!

Have no idea what show we’re talking about? Here’s a brief synopsis:

“The world is divided into four nations — the Water Tribe, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation and and the Air Nomads — each represented by a natural element for which the nation is named. Benders have the ability to control and manipulate the element from their nation. Only the Avatar is the master of all four elements. The ruthless Fire Nation wants to conquer the world but the only bender who has enough power, the Avatar, has disappeared … until now. His tribe soon discovers that Aang is the long-lost Avatar. Now Katara and Sokka must safeguard Aang on his journey to master all four elements and save the world  from the Fire Nation.”

If you’re longing for some dynamic entertainment, look no further. Because we’ll be going over our top, most viable methods of viewing this renown TV show – ranging from legally permissible techniques to less secure, yet arguably more convenient processes. As always, we recommend Amazon Prime above all else as it is completely free and legal!

AMAZON PRIME VIDEO

We’ve already mentioned this option but we thought we would mention it again – home to more than 100 million subscribers, Amazon Prime Video is an extremely popular service that provides viewers with a variety of digital movies and TV shows, charging a monthly cost of $8.99. Luckily, you can sign up to watch all 3 seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender (or any other Nickelodeon series your heart desires), using the handy ‘Nick Hits’ feature.

This provides you with a Free 7 Day Trial, which should be more than enough for you binge watchers out there. Just make sure to cancel it before a week is up – otherwise this option won’t classify as being ‘free’ anymore…

Fun fact: In 2016, Avatar: The Last Airbender was actually the most popular show on the Amazon Prime streaming service. Crazy stuff! I have a feeling the most popular show to watch on Amazon Prime in 2019 will be Game of Thrones, even though people weren’t exactly crazy about the last season!

NICK.COM

What better streaming option could there be than Nickelodeon itself? On nick.com, you are blessed with clips from all or of most of (for some countries) the episodes of this amazing show.

You also get access to behind-the-scenes content and footage. And as an extra bonus, Nickelodeon provides ‘dubbed audio’ based on your region’s language! [E.G. The Netherlands → Dutch, Spain → Spanish, China → Chinese].

Some people have reported issues with not having access to the episodes; this can be fixed by authorizing with your cable provider (not all are supported, though). Despite this method, some still encounter the issue of episodes or services remaining unavailable.

VIMEO

Vimeo is a online, video sharing platform that was established by a group of filmmakers in 2004. Since the launch, the community has thrived and now consists of 80+ million users. Some of these creators, have uploaded some footage from Avatar: The Last Airbender (and more shows!) for free viewing purposes. Unfortunately, it’s highly likely that you will only be able to find some odd episodes of the series. The benefit is that – registering and creating an account on Vimeo is completely free, as well as easy to do… You could even become a creator and post some funny dog videos!

To summarize , don’t expect to have access to all episodes due to copyright reasons, unless you’re prepared to do a thorough browse of Vimeo’s database for every single episode.

NETFLIX (Free trial available)

Similarly to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix offers a free trial – one that lasts up to an impressive 30 days! You can use this time to comfortably watch all seasons and episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

The only limiting factor would be availability. Every region and country has a different selections of obtainable viewing content (due to regulations and copyright implications), so there is a slim chance that you won’t be able to view this show. The regions where you can watch ATLA on Netflix include France, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Poland, Colombia, Brazil, Taiwan and Singapore! If you’re wanting to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender online through Netflix, then you could easily sign up to the 30 day free trial of ExpressVPN, set your region to one of the above countries then head to the Netflix in that country and start the free Netflix trial, watch the entire series of ATLA then cancel both the VPN and the Netflix trial before the 30 days is up and you will have just watched the series completely free!

where to watch ATLA online with a free trial through Netflix

Like with the Amazon Prime Video UK example we used above, it’s really straightforward to use a VPN to change your region and to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender in the countries that have it.

HOOPLA

Hoopla is a reliable, legal website that you can easily access with both your phone and desktop. Get yourself a library card and use it to create an account, then you can legally watch the series free of charge!

Unfortunately, Hoopla limits the amounts the titles you can watch, to 8 per month – making this rather unappealing to binge watchers. There is also another downside, being that all programmes you add to your library will only stay there for three days.

Therefore, this isn’t the best site if you’re looking to diligently watch all 61 hours of Avatar: The Last Airbender in the time span of a month. However, if you’re looking for some risk-free, casual viewing, Hoopla is an awesome choice.

YOUTUBE

Atticus Omundson, graciously uploads live commentaries of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The good thing about these videos? They showcase the whole episode! Brought to life by his vivid personality, you can enjoy an interactive viewing experience when watching the episodes. This, however, is not ideal for people that just want to watch the show without narration. Also, the quality is not always the best.

You can also find ‘review and reaction videos’ about the show, and enjoy some ridiculously hilarious footage.

In conclusion, if you’re lonely and looking for someone to laugh with, cry with, and scream with – then watching Atticus’ videos is a fantastic, accessible option for you!

And that wraps up our list of methods to stream Avatar: The Last Airbender!

There are a multitude of ways to stream this show; each option has its own benefits and disadvantages which should be taken into account. Before we go, let us impart Iroh’s words
